Our tiered pricing model offers set membership rates across multiple tiers, allowing you to choose the option that best fits your circumstances. No proof required, just honesty and intention.

Childcare

Parents deserve time for their practice while knowing their children are cared for in a safe and nurturing environment. Our on-site childcare allows parents to attend class with peace of mind, knowing their little ones are nearby in a supportive and engaging space. We are committed to making this service accessible so more parents can prioritize their well-being while remaining present for their families.

CLASS OFFERINGS

Hot Vinyasa

(90–95°F) – A dynamic and heat-building class that links movement and breath. Expect a creative sequence that strengthens, lengthens, and challenges the body while inviting deep mental focus.

Hot Slow Vinyasa

(90–95°F) – This strong, steady practice emphasizes control and endurance through longer holds and intentional transitions. Ideal for building resilience, stability, and inner awareness.

Foundational Vinyasa

(75–85°F)  – A steady-paced flow that introduces foundational postures, breath awareness, and alignment principles. This class offers a supportive space for those new to yoga or looking to reconnect with the foundational elements of vinyasa yoga.

Sunrise Vinyasa

(90-95°F) – Start your day with a breath-centered flow that gently builds heat and energy. Designed to awaken the body and mind, this morning practice sets the tone for a grounded, intentional day.

Meditation

(72-75°F) – A quiet, grounding practice that begins with breathwork and gently transitions into guided or silent meditation. Ideal for cultivating clarity, focus, and inner stillness.

Yin

(75–80°F) – A deeply meditative class featuring long-held, passive poses that work into the connective tissues. Yin encourages stillness, patience, and a sense of spaciousness within the body and mind.

Restorative

(72–75°F) – A calming, fully supported experience using props to encourage complete relaxation. This class is designed to soothe the nervous system, reduce stress, and restore balance.

Pre + Postnatal

(72–75°F) – A gentle, supportive class for those who are pregnant or newly postpartum, offered at any stage of the journey. Through breath, mindful movement, and body awareness, the practice supports comfort, relaxation, and overall well-being in a calm, comfortably warm space

Yoga Nidra + Tea

(72–75°F) – This monthly class begins with a 45-minute exploration of Yoga Nidra, an ancient and deeply relaxing guided meditation practice. We will prepare with gentle movement, settle in with blankets and pillows, and rest in a warm, quiet space with guided body awareness, breath, visualization, and intention, followed by tea and conversation.
