Roles At Lucid
Yoga Teachers
Guide thoughtful, engaging classes with an emphasis on clarity and accessibility.
Responsibilities:
- Lead well-structured yoga classes that align with Lucid Yoga’s philosophy
- Offer clear, intentional cueing with a balance of guidance and inquiry
- Create a welcoming and inclusive environment for all students
- Adapt sequences and instruction to accommodate different experience levels
- Arrive early to prepare the space and be available for student questions
- Tidy up the practice space immediately after class
- Support Lucid Yoga’s mission and community values

Front Desk Staff
A part-time position providing professional, supportive assistance to students and managing studio operations.
Responsibilities:
- Greet students and ensure a welcoming atmosphere
- Assist with check-ins, class registrations, and retail sales
- Answer questions about memberships, pricing, and studio policies
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the lobby, bathrooms, and studio
- Support teachers by managing studio flow before and after class

Childcare Staff
A part-time position providing engaging, professional childcare.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and engage children in a calm, caring environment
- Ensure the safety and well-being of all children in the childcare space
- Communicate with parents as needed and follow studio policies
- Maintain a clean and organized childcare area
Requirements:
- Must be 16+ and have prior experience working with children
- CPR and First Aid certification for infants and children is required
- Must pass a background check
