01.
Foundational Vinyasa
This mildly warm class (~75–80°F) blends foundational postures with breath-linked movement, offering a grounded approach to vinyasa. With an emphasis on alignment, breath awareness, and intentional transitions, students build strength, flexibility, and confidence. Props are available for added support. Perfect for beginners, those easing into flow, or anyone looking to refine their technique without the intensity of a hot class.
02.
Hot Vinyasa
A dynamic, breath-driven class practiced in a heated room (93–98°F). This style links movement to breath at a progressively building pace, moving from slower, intentional sequencing into more continuous, fluid flow. Sequences are often repeated, allowing you to first learn the asanas (poses) and then move through them more quickly. This creates heat, builds strength and endurance, and supports a steady, focused mind. While familiar postures may appear, the pace and transitions bring a more energizing and rhythmic quality to the practice. Options are offered throughout to support a range of experience levels.
03.
Hot Slow Vinyasa
A deliberate, steady-paced class practiced in a heated room (93–98°F). This style links breath to movement through slow, controlled transitions, with an emphasis on holding asanas (poses) for multiple breaths. The practice prioritizes time in each shape to develop strength, stability, and deeper awareness. This class supports focus, control, and a more grounded experience, offering a slower, more sustained approach to vinyasa practice. Options are provided to support a range of practitioners.
05.
Yin
A meditative practice where poses are held for several minutes to target deep connective tissues and improve flexibility. The mildly warm environment (~75–80°F) enhances comfort and relaxation, helping you release tension and restore balance.

Nidra, meaning ‘sleep,’ begins with preparation for comfort using easy, comfortable movement and then settling in with blankets and pillows. In a quiet state and warm, quiet place, we then practice exercises with our minds and hearts including body scanning, breathing, visualizations, and affirmations. Tea and conversation follow.
