Storytime Kids Yoga
This playful, room temperature class (approximately 72°F) invites children ages 3–6 and their caregivers to explore yoga together through story, movement, and music. Each session incorporates yoga-themed picture books, simple poses, breathwork, and mindful play to support emotional regulation, motor skills, and body awareness. Grown-ups participate alongside their child, and siblings of all ages are welcome. Class is limited to 10 children for a supportive, engaging experience.
