A dynamic class that connects breath with movement through flowing sequences. Set in a hot room (approximately 90-95°F), this practice builds strength, flexibility, and mindfulness, leaving you feeling energized and centered.

Beginner Vinyasa

This mildly warm class (75–80°F) introduces foundational postures with a focus on alignment, breath awareness, and steady movement. Designed to build strength, flexibility, and confidence, it offers a supportive pace with props available for added stability. Ideal for beginners or those looking to refine their technique.

Slow Burn

A deliberate class set in a hot room (approximately 90-95°F) focusing on slow and controlled movements. By holding poses longer, this class strengthens the body and builds endurance while encouraging deep mental focus.

Restorative

A gentle and relaxing class designed to reduce stress and promote healing. Props are used to fully support the body in longer-held poses, allowing for deep relaxation and rejuvenation in a room temperature to mildly warm environment (approximately 72–75°F).

Yin

A meditative practice where poses are held for several minutes to target deep connective tissues and improve flexibility. The mildly warm environment (approximately 75–80°F) enhances comfort and relaxation, helping you release tension and restore balance.

Meditation

A space for quiet contemplation and stillness. Held at room temperature (approximately 72°F), each session begins with breathwork to encourage presence, followed by a period of silent meditation with soft background music.

Prenatal

A nurturing class designed to support the changing body during pregnancy through breath, gentle movement, and body awareness. This practice promotes relaxation, enhances physical well-being, and helps ease common discomforts, all within a calming space set to a room temperature to mildly warm setting (approximately 72–75°F).
